炒年糕

亚洲超市有卖切好的白年糕片,非常近似云南的饵块(后者是是大米做的)。小时候过年才吃上的美味现在想吃也能自己做。

原料:
年糕片(先泡冷水30分钟)
鲜猪肉丶火腿(用prosciutto比较好,接近云南火腿的味道)
蔬菜(最好用豆苗对味,今天没有就用了胡萝卜丶白菜和韮菜苔)和一点点酸菜和木耳

做法:

猪肉火腿肉姜及木耳切丝

热锅倒油加姜丝和一勺豆瓣酱炒香倒入肉丝炒散

先加胡萝卜炒2分钟再加白菜和年糕及木耳酸菜,加点酱油调味(豆瓣酱和火腿已经有咸味),翻炒至白菜和年糕都蔫了

最后加入韮菜苔翻炒片刻关火出锅装盘
