粗茶淡饭减肥餐

收拾厨房发现半袋小米突然想吃小米粥了,要健康就彻底点做了个减肥餐:小米红薯粥+苦瓜煎蛋。原料很简单都在菜名里了就不复述了。

做法:先将小米泡冷水15分钟,淘净。取半个红薯切小丁。烧开水放入红薯和小米就煮滚开10分钟,关火焖10分钟或更久。

焖粥时炒苦瓜鸡蛋,先将苦瓜掏心切片,用盐腌一下(据说去苦味),鸡蛋打散备用。起油锅先将苦瓜放入摊平,倒入鸡蛋,加一点点小红椒点缀并增味。

煎炒至鸡蛋成型即可装盘。


这时粥也好了


剩下半个红薯切块撒丁点盐加橄榄油拌匀375度20~25分钟左右,正好饭后甜点,还可搭配一瓶小酒。
