去皮绿豆泡一晚蒸40分钟

可以直接碾碎或过筛碾成粉,口感比较细腻。

加点抹茶粉和练乳

面板上洒点糕粉防粘,模片也在糕粉中沾沾以利脱膜。

模子里放入一层绿豆粉,加入一小块芝麻糊团(用少量开水调成的)

再来一层绿豆粉

倒过模子下压,小心脱膜

淡淡的甜香,入口即化的口感,夏日的小点心。

Rena大厨朋友就脱模问题解惑:放进模子之前先整成圆柱形,沾上糕粉,尽量让压成形的时候少暴露内馅,模子里撒上糕粉再用刷子轻轻刷均匀。
